It’s easy to assume that a boiler replacement in the same location it’s a piece of cake. But there are always little differences that need to be considered.

Initially we were called by the landlord in this instance, and they advised that one of their properties needed a new boiler urgently.

We are all keen to maximise the use of the space we have and boilers take up lots of it. This client was keen to move their boiler system from the kitchen up to the loft and they thought it was a good idea to switch to a combi boiler at the same time.

Older properties need a sympathetic but firm approach to get things right. This customer was building an extension and needed the boiler system to be moved from the kitchen up in to the loft.

This installation involved removing the old boiler/cylinder combination and replacing it with a Vaillant Ecofit Pure 825 Combi boiler.

We were asked by a residential customer in Milton Keynes to convert their central heating from a vented system with hot water tank to a pressurised system with a combi boiler, along with relocating the boiler to the loft.

Remove existing unvented hot water tank which had a split coil, retro fit new combination valve, cylinder, zone valves & expansion vessel.
