Unchecked gas appliances could be dangerous
All gas appliances in your home should be checked by a Gas Safe registered engineer every year to ensure the correct operation of the appliance. Gas appliances should also be serviced according to the manufacturer’s instructions. We will also inspect your pipework and meter box for any leaks or defects on all safety checks & services as standard. Having your gas appliances checked for safety is mandatory if you are a landlord.
