Have used Grand Union a number of times now, and they have been great every time. Unvented cylinder service this time, very easy to book online and was kept informed throughout the process, leading up to Marco's arrival. Marco arrived within the 3hr window, and was polite, friendly and efficient. Completed the service within 30mins with no issues or fuss. Will definitely book GUPH next year 👍🏻

All I can say is amazing, it’s taken a while for us to get around to flooring, so it’s a bit late. From start to finish we had amazing service. We knew what we wanted and Grand Union Plumming were the only company who made us feel like they could help. Glenn helped with the design, and when we were unsure of tiles met us at the shop to help us out. Harley fitted the bathroom and was great, showing us the work daily. If your looking for great service and a top level finish I would recommend Grand Union Plumming

Since our boiler was broken and we were without heat, Mitch arrived promptly and at very short notice. He was very thorough in addressing all of our inquiries and helped us set up our heating. Would definitely recommend them!

Marco came out today to look at our radiators that weren’t working. He found the issue and had it fixed within 10 minutes! Very polite and friendly, would recommend

After several unsuccessful attempts with other plumbers to fix our thermostat for the underfloor heating and balance the radiators, we were relieved when Mitchell from Grand Union Plumbing and Heating came over. He installed the thermostat for the underfloor heating and expertly balanced the radiators throughout the house. The difference was immediate, and everything is now working perfectly. We especially appreciated how Mitchell explained everything clearly without any jargon. Highly recommend!

I've had my boiler serviced by Grand Union Plumbing & Heating for around four years now and they've always done a great job and I would recommend them. It's easy to book a boiler service online, they always turn up when they say, and they do a great job. On the occasion I called for some specific boiler advice, they were very helpful and provided me with the service I needed.

Very pleased with new flush system in cistern, as the old one took ages to fill. Area left clean and tidy. Highly recommend Grand Union, would definitely use again.

Mitch and his team are amazing. Mitch organised for a plumber called Thomasz to fit two Towel heaters. Thomasz was very friendly and very efficient in the way that he worked. Completed the job on time. I will need other work doing and will definitely call back Grand Union plumbing and heating.

My shower cubicle needed replacement, as the door had jammed. Grand Union Plumbing & Heating had done some good work for me in the past and were my go to company. I asked them to look at a replacement. They were professional, clean and friendly, all at a very reasonable cost. The work was difficult for their bathroom fitter but it wasn't for me. My bathroom looks amazing and the shower is perfect!

Great communication from these guys, Gave me a 3 hour time slot on my chosen day and then the plumber gave me a courtesy message when he was on his way, Which is great when you’ve got kids. They guy came and did his inspection promptly and was very professional. 10/10

We had a leak from the loft into the bedrooms and our current emergency cover with Anglian offered an unacceptably long response time, leaving our home at risk of flooding. Thankfully I called Mitch, who quickly arranged for someone to come out.They identified the issue and repaired the pipe promptly. The service was exceptional-fast,professional and greatly appreciated.

The plumber Tomasz then did an excellent and fast job(s) fixing our two toilets. Highly recommended.

Andy from Grand Union checks the boiler today. He demonstrates his ability and skill to have thorough checking on the boiler. He is attentive to details and responsive to our enquiries so that we can take action to report the problem to our developer accordingly. He is very nice and communicate effectively with us.

From start to finish, the Grand Union team were professional, helpful, polite, tidy and respectful. The design and install was smooth throughout the whole end to end process. We were kept fully informed at each stage, with the result being a stunning new bathroom which is better than we could have hoped for.

A transformation beyond words! I wont put a photo if the before because yes, it really was that bad! Having put off doing the bathroom for a number of years it was time for the bath to go & for us to get a shower put in instead. The bathroom before was in a horrific state, shiplap panels on all the walls with painted over mosaic tiles… horrendous! What Mitch & his team pulled off was beyond what we could’ve ever dreamed of. Every tradesman that came in was respectable, conscientious & incredibly hard working & worked together to ensure we had the bathroom we wanted, nothing was too much to ask. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would because they absolutely deserve it!
