New boiler fitted and amazing work! Everyone was brilliant to deal with and quote and job matched. It's always great to support a local business as well in the process which can provide a personal service.

Mitch and his team are amazing. Mitch organised for a plumber called Thomasz to fit two Towel heaters. Thomasz was very friendly and very efficient in the way that he worked. Completed the job on time. I will need other work doing and will definitely call back Grand Union plumbing and heating.
My shower cubicle needed replacement, as the door had jammed. Grand Union Plumbing & Heating had done some good work for me in the past and were my go to company. I asked them to look at a replacement. They were professional, clean and friendly, all at a very reasonable cost. The work was difficult for their bathroom fitter but it wasn't for me. My bathroom looks amazing and the shower is perfect!

Great communication from these guys, Gave me a 3 hour time slot on my chosen day and then the plumber gave me a courtesy message when he was on his way, Which is great when you’ve got kids. They guy came and did his inspection promptly and was very professional. 10/10

Excellent service, I contacted Grand Union online as I had discovered a minor leak out of normal working hours. I left a description of what was needed, Mitch phoned me the next morning with an available time slot and the problem was resolved within 24 hours. A job well done.

We had a leak from the loft into the bedrooms and our current emergency cover with Anglian offered an unacceptably long response time, leaving our home at risk of flooding. Thankfully I called Mitch, who quickly arranged for someone to come out.They identified the issue and repaired the pipe promptly. This was a return visit to replace some parts on the boiler. They were their usual high professional selves from making the appointment to fit in with me, notification of ETA of when Marco would arrive, which is always useful and, impressively, they stick to it. Andy from Grand Union checks the boiler today. He demonstrates his ability and skill to have thorough checking on the boiler. He is attentive to details and responsive to our enquiries so that we can take action to report the problem to our developer accordingly. He is very nice and communicate effectively with us.
From start to finish, the Grand Union team were professional, helpful, polite, tidy and respectful. The design and install was smooth throughout the whole end to end process. We were kept fully informed at each stage, with the result being a stunning new bathroom which is better than we could have hoped for.

A transformation beyond words! I wont put a photo if the before because yes, it really was that bad! Having put off doing the bathroom for a number of years it was time for the bath to go & for us to get a shower put in instead. The bathroom before was in a horrific state, shiplap panels on all the walls with painted over mosaic tiles… horrendous! What Mitch & his team pulled off was beyond what we could’ve ever dreamed of. Every tradesman that came in was respectable, conscientious & incredibly hard working & worked together to ensure we had the bathroom we wanted, nothing was too much to ask. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would because they absolutely deserve it!

Amazing service
I had a tap which was leaking quite alot of water. I requested a quote online and was called back within the hour. I was asked to upload a picture of the tap and had a quote in under 30 mins. Once I had accepted the quote, I had a call to arrange a time and date which we were able to get a next day appointment. Absolutely amazing. Marco came out, was quick and efficient and now do not have a leaking tap. Thank you so much. Would highly recommend!

Fabulous bathroom installers! Super happy that we chose Grand Union Plumbing & Heating to install our new bathroom. Mitch, who heads up Grand Union, was very friendly and attentive as we talked through our design, offering sensible suggestions that complimented our design ideas well. He was then quick to provide a competitive quote and book us in. We had Connor fit our bathroom. Connor was fantastic - extremely hard working and meticulous; we knew everything was in safe hands. Moreover, he always took the time to clean up properly at the end of the day. Mitch coordinated the work outside the rip-out and installation phases and no suprise, he's got a great team of trusted electricians, plasterers, tilers and decorators that were also exceptional. All up, a really seamless process and we've got a new bathroom we're really happy with. If you're after a bathroom install do seriously consider Mitch, Connor and the team, we're already thinking about getting them back to do more work for us!

Called last Monday as my boiler stopped working and didn’t have neither hot water nor heating. They were excellent giving different quotes and have done an amazing job. Everything was fixed in less than 2 days. Would definitely recommend them!
Scott visited us for solving an issue with our radiators. He was quick to identify the issue and gave us the estimate for the work to be done.
These guys really know what they’re doing, I had a problem with my heating control in that the smart device failed and I needed to get back to my original programmer which the smart device prevented me from doing. It took a while but Marco resolved the issue and tidied up the mess of wiring that the smart device installers had left.

I rarely complete reviews but this was a must. We had contacted GU for a service of our boiler. Marco literally came 3 hours later and completed one. Definitely the most efficient service I’ve used. Price was a lot cheaper than others too. Already recommended to a local friend who was looking for the same service. Thank you 👍🏽

We had returned from holidays , house was a little chilled so went to put heating back on , and it would not warm up . Emailed and called grand union plumber, the young lady so polite and very helpful and explained our problem, also being pensioners so need house nice and warm. Mitch and all the guys are very professional and helpful. Unfortunately, I had a cowboy builder wreck my bathroom before Christmas leaving me with little facilities for a family of 7. GUPH worked really hard to get me a working bath and shower before the Christmas holidays. They are reasonably priced and a great team of people. I highly recommend and will only have Mitch and his team do any work for me in the future.

Following the coldest night in 5 years...
After 2 radiators leaked and had to be replaced within a couple of months, I asked Grand Union Plumbers to come and sort out a very cold house. Their engineer turned up on time, was very efficient, polite, clean and friendly and left the house nice and warm! Price was very reasonable and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!
